The Timbers at Holly Lake, Holly Lake, TexasBridgeView is in the process of developing a state-of-the-art, private-pay, senior’s housing development to be known as The Timbers at Holly Lake. The project location is extraordinary in that it is located adjacent to Holly Lake Ranch, a 40-year old family-oriented upscale resort development in East Texas approximately 30 miles due north of Tyler, Texas. The Villages of WindcrestBridgeView is also in the process of developing a state-of-the-art, private-pay, Class-A senior’s housing development to be known as The Villages of Windcrest. The project location is extraordinary in that it is located in one of the most popular retirement destinations in the beautiful hill-country of Central Texas. The project is located approximately 78 miles from Austin, Texas and 70 miles from San Antonio on a 4.38 acre tract of land. Located on a 4.38 acre tract of land, this fully licensed, 84 unit seniors housing community will contain 60 Licensed Assisted Living and 24 Memory Care units. The improved area will be designed to segregate the levels of resident frailty within a consolidated square footage of 75,000 square feet. The site is a a 4.38 acre tract of land located at the corner of Windcrest Drive and Post Oak Boulevard in NW Fredericksburg, Texas.


The Villages of HideawayBridgeView has been exclusively engaged by Hideaway Village, LLC to perform comprehensive project management and financing services for the development of a state-of-the-art, private-pay, Class-A senior’s housing development to be known as The Village at Hideaway. The project location is extraordinary in that it borders the eastern boundary of Hideaway Lake, a 45-year old family-oriented upscale resort, lake and golf course community in East Texas due north of Tyler, Texas. During the past four and a half decades, approximately 1,600 homes have been built within a master planned site encompassing almost 10 square miles and currently contains over 3,000 residents. Its rolling hills, proliferation of dogwoods and other native flora make Hideaway Lake one of the unique and beautiful places to live in Texas.
