John Lanier


Mr. Lanier attended the University of Texas at Arlington and has over 30 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate. A significant focus over the past 25 years has been in healthcare real estate where he has been involved in the financing and development of over $500MM in commercial real estate, $350MM specifically in healthcare properties in the US and Latin America.

The past 25 years of his career have been focused on healthcare related real estate, to include senior housing, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, medical office and acute care hospitals. John is currently in the process of developing in excess of $65MM of Senior’s housing projects.

Most recently, John was the Senior Development Manager for The Beck Group headquartered in Dallas, Texas, also his home. Beck is a 100 year full-service development, architectural and general construction company with production volume nearing $1B annually. Here John secured financing for a 250,000 sf, $100MM luxury hotel and condominium project in Asheville, North Carolina, a $100MM private, acute care hospital in Houston, Texas and a line of select service hotels for one of the largest hotel franchise companies in the world.

Paul Fay

Chief Investment Officer

With +10 years strategy consulting & analytics experience, Mr. Fay has been involved in +300 CRE transactions and brings best practices from data science to the world of real estate investing. His key skills help identify, quantify, and elicit confidence in opportunities that consistently yield returns in excess of their risk profile. He, thus, serves as BridgeView’s director of project analytics.

In addition to BridgeView, Mr. Fay is associated with Redpoint Capital Advisors, where he functions as lead underwriter in advising developers, including BridgeView, to maximize their capital strategy as he assists in sourcing debt & equity for institutional CRE projects. His exposure to capital markets allows deployment of advanced financial strategies that create additional value and ensure investor needs are fulfilled.

Prior to joining BridgeView, Mr. Fay worked with Blackstone portfolio company, G6 Hospitality, as a development strategy manager specialized in target market selection and financial viability validation of hotel franchise development. He was one of three people outside the executive committee who had direct access to Blackstone on a routine basis for oversight of their 500-asset owned, and ~1,000 asset franchised portfolio.

Paul also brings an expertise in business management and strategy; having served as a strategy consultant with McKinsey spin-off, Everest Group, and functioning as the founding CEO of his own entrepreneurial consulting firm for 4 years.

Mr. Fay received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin, and bachelors’ degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Biola University. EMAIL PAUL

Marie Jackson

Chief Financial Officer

Marie comes to Bridgeview with 25 years’ experience in Accounting and Business Management and has been working in Project Accounting for the last ten years with a background in Retail, Office and Healthcare projects. Marie comes with an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Associates in Business Management and Associates in Communications.

Marie is highly experienced in tracking Cash Flow, Financial health and leadership, Project and Operating Budgets, Financial Reporting, HR, Tax reporting and comes with extensive knowledge of the Industry. Marie utilizes her analytical skills with financial planning, forecasting, project pro-formas and assisting with comps and market research.

Along with her accounting experience, Marie’s business management experience enables her to be very organized and timely as she assertively handles multiple projects, entities and accounts. EMAIL MARIE

Ron Donaldson

Executive Vice President Director of Construction

Ron comes to Bridgeview with 28 years of diversified experience in the Construction Industry. He has managed over $600MM primarily consisting of Multifamily Developments, Mixed use, Senior Living,
Educational, Medical and Professional Sports Facilities. Ron oversees all Bridgeview Construction Projects. He is a graduate of Florida A&M University with an Undergraduate Degree in Construction Engineering and a Degree in Business Administration from St. Petersburg College. Ron is a Licensed General Contractor across seven states, Member of Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and Rotary International, and a Certified Educator of Estimating for Contractors.
